According to their website, they expect 19,500 to live in the city and 14,800 to work there. They plan for 99,000 square meters of retail, entertainment, and food and beverage spaces, alongside hotels, student housing, villas, home, townhouses, and apartments.
There will be plenty to see and do, including a variety of creative hubs, incubation labs at City Hub, art workshops, fashion schools and events. And with sustainability in mind, 42.3% of Misk City has been designated as open spaces.
